Statements of concern must be filed by November 12, 2023, 11:59 p.m. mountain time or before a decision is made on the application, whichever is sooner. This is an expedited application and a decision on this application may be made immediately or on an expedited basis. | If the AER does not receive any statements of concern from persons who may be directly and adversely affected by the AER's decision on the application, the AER may continue to process the application and may approve it without further notice or without a hearing. |
